Blue Seal conveyor pizza oven offers high performance pizza production with the new super efficient powerful double fan speed and special insulation system to avoid heat loss. The oven has a maximum temperature of 400C. This is achieved by the use of a powerful fan and heat exchanger unit. This system sends streams of forced hot air over and around the product achieving extremely fast baking without overcooking.
The Blue Seal conveyor pizza oven includes digital controls allowing up to 20 baking programmes (6 preset, 4 personalisable and 10 special programmes for baking of alternative products). |
