We, Blue Seal Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 343726 and registered address Unit 67 Gravelly Industrial Park, Erdington, Birmingham, West Midlands, B24 8TQ) are committed to compliance with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 which is relevant in the UK and the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (as amended) which are relevant in the Republic of Ireland.
We are a data controller of your personal data (as detailed below) which is collected through the Website and we process it to fulfil orders placed through the Website (including the sales platform on the Website). As a data controller, we maintain a notification of our data processing activities with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (www.ico.org.uk). [Our ICO registration number is A8128824.
