At Moffat Ltd (“Moffat”), we value your privacy and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality. We adhere to the Information Privacy Principles as enacted in the Privacy Act 1993.

Moffat has adopted this Privacy Policy to ensure that we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. This Privacy Policy sets out our information-handling practices; what information we hold about you and how we collect, use, disclose, keep secure and ultimately destroy that information.

Where practical, Moffat will collect personal information directly from you.

The personal information we collect is what is required for us to be able to provide you with our products and services, to manage and administer the product and service, to assess your application for credit and for incidental purposes. There may be circumstances in which we collect personal information about you from third parties, including where you apply for credit.

We destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information when it is no longer necessary for its purpose and we are not required by law to keep it.

We use your personal information to facilitate the purposes set out above.

Your personal information may be shared between Moffat and its related entities.

• It is disclosed by us in a way that does not allow you to be identified

We may use your personal information to help identify the products and services which we think may be of interest to you. We also use it to keep you informed and up to date about our latest products, services and promotions. If you would prefer that we not use your personal information in this way, please contact us.

We regard the security of your personal information as paramount. This includes physical security, computer and network security, communications security and personnel security. To this end, we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Only authorised people within our organization are entitled to access your personal information for approved purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
